No referrals will be accepted into the program unless all required information has been submitted and you have received confirmation from Nouvelle School that the referred candidate has been accepted. No referral fee will be paid for the referral of a candidate who is already in our sales contact management system.
A referral fee is earned only after the referred candidate has completed the purchase of a Nouvelle School franchise by signing a franchise agreement and other required documents and paying the franchise fee in full. If a referral fee is paid in connection with the purchase of a franchise, no other discounts may be used or applied in conjunction with that purchase.
The referral program applies to all non-registration states in the United States where Nouvelle School offers the sale of franchises. Please note that a franchise award is conditional upon the prospect's receipt of a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and proper vetting by Nouvelle School. This program is void where prohibited by law.
Nouvelle School reserves the right to terminate this referral program without notice.
